[Last Updated on September 27, 2025]Welcome to Voided Skies Terms of Service Agreement. For purposes of this agreement “Service” refers to one of the art services that Voided Skies provide.

Free To Use (F2U) Digital Art BasesThe terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of our Service.The following Terms of Use apply when you purchase the Service.Please review the following terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may not access or use the Service.USER CODE OF CONDUCTThe Company asks for the following from their clients
Communication if you will be unavailable for more than 5 days.
Understanding that if the Company is preoccupied with work, college or life events that their service will take longer than usual.The Company reserves the right to not do business or cancel any business with you for any of the following reasons;
Failure to communicate.
Failure to complete payment.
Harassment.
Any known issues about being unable to complete payment and negative behaviour towards others.
Being against the LBGTQIA+ community.
Asking for daily updates on services especially if an update has been provided recently and it has been communicated that the Company is working on the service or will be working on the service soon.
Failure to communicate for 14 days will result in a cancellation of the service without refund if payment has been completed. The service will only be resumed in cases where the lack of communication was from loss of power, significant life events, hospitalization, etc.If you break any of these Terms of Service the Company will possibly blacklist, greylist, or block you depending on the circumstances.REDISTRIBUTION POLICYThe Company respects that none of the Digital Art Commission Services provided are to be reposted on social media without permission from The Company with one exception of posting art that the client has made of a purchased character design.The Company does not allow Pay To Use (P2U) bases to be redistributed for free.
The Company allows for Free To Use (F2U) bases to be redistributed for free as long as The Company is credited via linking the Company’s carrd.co site.PAYMENT TERMSThe Company asks that all payments are via United States Dollars and paid via a PayPal Invoice or through the site Kofi. All payments must be made within 24 hours of the payment method being agreed upon unless a hold has been discussed. The Company will only do holds with you if you have purchased from the Company or have a reference that can contact the Company and share that you will pay on time.
The Company is hesitant to accept weekly or monthly payment plans unless you have purchased from the Company before.
For Digital Art Commissions Services all payment must be sent prior to the Company starting your commission unless it is communicated otherwise.REFUND POLICYThe Company does not allow refunds unless the Company is unable to complete the service. The Company will only issue a full refund if the Company has not started on your Service.COMMERCIAL RIGHTS AND USAGEThe Company defines commercial usage as;
Using the character design as a mascot.
Creating and posting content on social media with the character design.
Creating digital and physical merchandise of the character design for profit.The Company allows for their Character Designs to be used commercially as long as it is the user’s own art and it has been discussed with the Company.The Company does not allow for their artwork to be used commercially.DIGITAL ART COMMISSIONS SERVICESThe Company prefers not to do customs that are based on preexisting characters from media. The Company can do a custom based on a character that the client owns.The Company will not change the palette of a custom character design commission when the commission is close to completion unless the desired change can be completed through a change in hue and saturation.The client is entitled to the following revisions and iterations on the service;
3 sketch revisions where the entire concept is able to change.
2 lineart revisions where the underlying sketch will not change unless important design elements were missed.
2 minor colour revisions where the lineart will not change.
2 shading revisions where the light source will not change.All clients will be presented with progress updates in between completed stages.
The client is not allowed to request for the entire service to change after the service has been completed.DIGITAL ART CHARACTER DESIGNS AND ADOPTABLES SERVICESThe Company requests that all of their character designs remain on the site ToyHou.se. If you do not want the character anymore please give the character away or transfer it back to the Company instead of deleting the character.The Company asks that if you private a character that you authorize the Company so they can continue to keep track of the character design.The Company allows for you to redesign the character as much as you’d like as long as you follow the rules of any closed species communities that the character design is a part of. The Company prefers that the character’s redesign resembles the original design but understands that the character belongs to you. The Company does not allow you to draw over or hue/saturation shift their art without permission.The Company does not allow you to resell their character designs for more than their Buy Value (BV) unless commissioned, owed or personal artwork has been added to the character. If the company finds that you have resold a character design for more than the BV multiple times the Company will greylist you. The only way for a character design obtained from The Company gains a BV is if the character design was purchased with United States Dollars. The Buy Value of any character designs obtained through character trades and art have a Buy Value of 0.DIGITAL ART BASESDigital Art Bases are lineart that people can purchase for monetary amounts or obtain for free via the Company’s Kofi.When using the Digital Art Base the Company must be credited. The Company’s watermark is not allowed to be edited or removed from the base.The Company allows for the following usages with our Digital Art Base
Personal usage
Character Design AdoptablesThe Company does not allow for the following usages with our Digital Art Base
Reselling the base for a monetary value.
Using the base for commissions with the exception of custom character design commissions.PUBLIC GREYLIST
[Last Updated September 27, 2025]The Company will not do business with greylisted users. Greylisted users are permitted to contact the Company to appeal the greylist if three months have passed.eastwardcrow / CROVOID / starryp0p [November 3, 2022]
This user offered on a character design adoptable and backed out a month after stating that they had too much other owed art to do. The Company was understanding until this user advertised their own art commissions in a public server minutes late stating that they had an empty queue.Krabb / Flower3 [January 6, 2024]
This user is greylisted from doing trades in regards to art or characters with the Company. This user is allowed to purchase character design adoptables from the company.
This user took one month to transfer characters that they owed the Company despite multiple reminders and the threat of cancelling the trade.PUBLIC BLACKLIST
[Last Updated September 27, 2025]The Company will not do business with blacklisted users. Blacklisted users are often blocked on social media. If you are on this blacklist please refrain from contacting the Company unless necessary. The Company will allow for appeals if one year has passed and the user is not blocked.Pickled_teef [July 2, 2024]
The Company hosted a giveaway of a complex character design with bonus tickets being awarded to those who draw the design. The user traced the Company’s artwork and claimed it as their own.
