Terms of service

Failure of abiding by my TOS can result in a greylist or blacklist

General TOS
- Do not repost my content. This includes edits and compilations.
The only exception to this rule is making a reaction video to a MAP I am in or if you have gotten permission from me
- Do not steal my content or claim my content as your own
- Do not draw over or edit my artwork without permission, this includes the making of alt palettesPayment
- Payment must be made within 24 hours unless a hold has been discussed before claiming/offering/bidding
- I am hesitant on doing payment plans but I am willing to do them if the offer is 100+$
- Commissions must be paid for upfront or after the sketch is completed
- I will not do refunds unless I can no longer complete your commission. I will only issue a full refund if I have not started your commission.
- Backing out of a payment (monetary or art/ocs) will result in a warning, greylist or blacklist.Commissions
- I will not do customs that are based on preexisting characters from media
- I will not change the palette of a custom after the commission is complete unless it is a simple hue/saturation change.
- My artwork is not allowed to be used commercially unless discussed beforehand
- You are welcome to ask for updates at any time, preferably only once a week. I usually work on commissions in the order in which I received them but I may do smaller commissions in between larger ones.
- Communicate to me if you will be unable to reply to messages for over 14 days, failure to do so and not replying in a timely manner will result in me cancelling your commission without a refund. Some exceptions will apply (examples: hospitalization, loss of power/wifi)
- All commissions come with the following amount of revisions; 3 for sketch, 2 for lineart, 2 for colours and 2 after completion. If the commissioner would like more revisions then payment can be discussed. I will not redo an entire commission after its completion.Designs
- My designs can be used commercially as long as it is your own artwork. Please notify me that my design will be used commercially and credit me as the character's designer.
- All of my designs must stay on ToyHouse even if they are traded to someone outside of ToyHouse. Please do not delete the character, private the character and authorize me so I can still keep track of it.
- Do not delete a design's ToyHouse, if you don't want the character anymore you can give them away or send it back to me
- You can redesign any design of mine however you'd like (be sure to follow any closed/semi-open/open species rules). I do ask that the redesign look somewhat similar to the original design but in the end, it is your character. You are not allowed to draw over or edit my artwork of the character to do this.
- Do not resell my designs for more than their Buy Value (BV) unless personal or commissioned artwork is added on. I know that I cannot constantly keep track of who is reselling what design but if I see you reselling a design for over its BV without added artwork you'll be added to my blacklist/greylist.Pay To Use and Free To Use Bases
- Do not resell/distribute a Pay To Use (P2U) base
- You may redistribute Free To Use (F2U) bases as long as you tell the people to credit me
- When using my base please credit me - you can either tag me or link my carrd
- My bases can be used for personal art/designs and adopts/customs (cannot be used commercially ie stickers or pins)
- DO NOT remove my watermark
- Lineart can be edited as much as you'd like!Warning System

3+ warnings = blacklist
*note that I will blacklist a person without giving them a warning first depending on what TOS they violated.Blacklist: I will not interact with people in my blacklist and I do not want my designs in their hands. You will not get a warning or blacklist for trading with a person on this list but you may end up getting greylisted if I know that a design may end up in the hands of a blacklisted person.Greylist: People who I do not want to do business with.
